This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Professional Engineering services for the retrofit of an existing heating and cooling plant at Garriock Hall, fed by a new geothermal borefield. The project begins the process of establishing a district energy plant at Seneca’s King Campus located at 13990 Dufferin Street in King City, which will eventually be connected to an adjacent residence and future buildings on campus
