Description

Seneca College is seeking a qualified and experienced proponent that is a Builder/ loading dock supplier that can provide a turnkey solution for the delivery and installation of two (2) new loading dock lifts at Newnham and King Campuses. It will be the Proponent’s responsibility to carry all of the necessary structural and electrical engineering, perform construction administration tasks, provide a final design, as-built drawings and documentation and to enter into a CCDC-14 2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract with Seneca and the proponent’s engineering consultant which is further described and specified in Schedule 1 - Scope of Work
