Description

The project consists of approximately 18,000 sq ft minor renovations over two floors of Garriock Hall at the Seneca King Campus. The renovations generally include Classrooms, a Testing Centre, Computer Lab, an Information Commons and Cafeteria space.

General Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they:
1) are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $2.5M in construction value; OR
2) can demonstrate they have relevant experience with a Post-Secondary Education Institution on projects of similar size and complexity.
General contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 –2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope as part of their bid submission for the RFP process.
