Description

The Purchaser is seeking Proponents to satisfy the following objectives in issuing the RFP:
• To maintain and service Seneca’s food services equipment to prolong the productive life of the equipment,
• To maintain Seneca’s food services equipment in accordance with the manufacturers’ standards,
• To ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Seneca’s policies and procedures
• To ensure that Seneca’s food services equipment meet all current municipal, provincial and federal regulations, ordinances, TSSA gas/refrigeration code, Electrical code and board of health.
• To establish a cost-effective and comprehensive preventive maintenance program for Seneca’s food services equipment,
• To provide 24/7 emergency response to Seneca food service equipment,
• To provide reports as requested by Seneca.
