Contract is for the design, supply and installation of a conventional riser surge tank to be installed on the newly modified foundation and connect to the pre-existing 8.5' diameter riser sleeve to the inlet tunnel below. Tank shall have a service life of 50 years and be designed to operate at temperatures ranging from -50 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius.
