This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Sitecore Managed Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Services”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan).  It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

SaskPower is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide services and expertise in managing and supporting SaskPower’s Sitecore web content management application and cloud infrastructure for SaskPower.com and our MySaskPower customer portal products.

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to gather responses from proponents that offer professional after market services within the web development and support space. The RFP will include information about the proponent’s capability to deliver the services requested and pricing, including identification of alternatives and options that may be relevant to the delivery of the services requested as described within this RFP.

The successful proponent will collaborate with SaskPower providing expertise in managing, supporting, and implementing new customer portal functionality on MySaskPower as well as web content through SaskPower’s branded web site. 
 

Both a Microsoft Word and an Adobe PDF version of the RFP , Safety Specification, Environmental Specification, Technical specification, and Appendix C - Agreement are provided. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Word version and the PDF version of this RFP and Appendix C - Agreement, the PDF version shall prevail.
