Description

The Work is to supply services for SaskPower’s Vegetation Management requirements. The Work includes Tree Trimming, Right of Way Mechanical tree removal, Herbicide vegetation control, Station herbicide vegetation control and additional services. Ideal candidates will have the capacity to facilitate all of these service solutions for a wide area of the province. This non-exclusive work is for all OM&A plus Capital Projects where vegetation removal is required for both Transmission and Distribution.

SaskPower intends to hold a virtual information session using Microsoft Teams at the date and time indicated in Table 1.4 of this RFP. While this is an optional session, Proponents are strongly encouraged to participate in the information session. An invitation will be sent to the respondents one day prior to the event once registration request for the event is made.
To participate in the information session, proponents are to register with the RFP Contact, via their email address majorprocurement@saskpower.com, by 3:00 pm CST the day before the event. SaskPower will make an effort to register respondents whose email is not received by 3:00 pm CST the day before the event, however registration can not be guaranteed.
