Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is to establish a procurement program pursuant to which SaskPower would establish a list of prequalified suppliers that SaskPower has determined are qualified to provide Staff Augmentation Services for Technology & Security Department, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Services”).

As further outlined and subject to the provisions set forth in this RFP, proponents who have entered a Master Services Agreement and that are on the Prequalification List (each a “Vendor of Record”) will be eligible to participate in future competitive procurement processes for the opportunity to perform Services in the Position for which such Vendor of Record is engaged.

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.
