1005276 - 2101 Scarth Street AV Equipment

The Supplier shall supply and install audio visual (AV) equipment at SaskPower’s 2101 Scarth Street location in Regina. SaskPower is  looking to have the vendor procure and install new AV equipment, as well as re-deploy four existing Cisco WebEx rooms with dual monitors. There is a main floor collaboration space, which encompasses two rooms, that SaskPower would like to have designed and built to accommodate various meeting scenarios capable of supporting various video conferencing solutions. The Supplier shall co-ordinate with a SaskPower representative to determine where all AV equipment is to be installed.  Supplier may need to provide new mounting if the existing mounts are not compatible. Additionally, the Supplier shall work with SaskPower to determine the configuration of some of the audio-visual equipment to be installed in various locations.
