Description

This Contract is for the re-construction of a haul road for the ash trucks access at the existing Shand Ash Pile and proper site drainage along the new haul road and around the haul road entrance location. Ash washed in the wetland areas locate at the North and Northwest of the haul road entrance shall be cleaned after construction. Contractor shall provide all the material, labor and equipment to complete this Work

Requirement
This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.

Health and Safety Risk Rating - High:
SaskPower will only accept proposals from proponents who are registered with ISNetworld;
are connected to SaskPower; have their ISNetworld company profile information available to SaskPower; and have a minimum SaskPower grade of “C--”, and
have a Performance Statistics rating in ISNetworld of satisfactory or above. Any rating below satisfactory will require submission of mitigation plans on the date and time of the submission. The Mitigation Plans forms can be found on www/saskpower.com/contractorsafety. An unacceptable mitigation plan will result in disqualification from this competition.
