Description

We are excited to share the news that ROM is beginning a comprehensive review of our collections and storage. This is not an insignificant task given the 18 million artworks, cultural objects, and natural history specimens presently in our collections. To kick off that project, we are proposing a Request for Supplier Qualifications for our upcoming Collections Assessment. This is the first phase of a larger storage project that ROM hopes to complete in 2030. Phase one is scheduled to begin in 2025 and conclude in 2026. The details of the first phase are outlined in the RFSQ.
