Description

The Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to develop and implement a comprehensive learning solution that incorporates the best practice strategy and tactics maximizing user adoption of the new set of tools intended to improve the Hazardous Waste Program performance for industry, the Ministry and RPRA. The new set of tools include:

Bilingual Hazardous Waste portal for registration and reporting under the Hazardous Waste regulation,
Manifesting reporting system that will track the movement of hazardous waste in real time from generator sites to disposal sites, based on electronic manifests.

The learning strategy should address both the specific learning needs for the intended audiences and an evaluation strategy to assess learning effectiveness. Additionally, the strategy should also include the design, development and deployment of appropriate learning and performance support tools tailored to the intended audiences, and a technology platform that has the capability to host, manage, track and report on the learning solutions. The solution should have the flexibility to deliver the best possible learning experience to the different audience groups in a cost-effective manner.

The Authority will require participating Vendors to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the Authority that protects all information provided to the Vendors by the Authority or by any party contracted by the Vendors to participate in the RFP Process.
