Description

The purpose of this RFP is to invite qualified firms to submit proposals to conduct a feasibility study on the proposed creation of a new destination spa on the property to increase overnight visitors.
RTO4 and Puddicombe House are interested in working with the selected firm to establish the feasibility and economic impact of adding a destination spa to both the property and the community. The study would be used as documentation to secure finances.

Any submissions over the 10-page limit will automatically be excluded from the evaluation process. The proposal should contain the following items: Regional Tourism Organization Four Inc. Huron|Perth|Waterloo|Wellington

The corporate name, company profile, and company history.
A statement of the proponent’s understanding of the scope of the project;
Documentation of your team’s experience in conducting feasibility studies for a destination spa.
Specification of the project team leader/liaison and primary team members who will be working on our account and their bios.
An outline of your proposed approach to delivery, referencing the requirements and desired intents. Specify any assumptions.
Provision of 3 client references.
Provision of a quotation of your proposed process and description of how your billing process works.
A project timeline and reporting schedule.
Provision of any information you believe will be helpful in assessing your capabilities.
