1. The corporate name, company profile, and company history.
2. A statement of the proponent’s understanding of the scope of the project;
3. Documentation of your team’s experience in conducting feasibility studies for a destination spa.
4. Specification of the project team leader/liaison and primary team members who will be working on our account and their bios.
5. An outline of your proposed approach to delivery, referencing the requirements and desired intents. Specify any assumptions.
6. Provision of 3 client references.
7. Provision of a quotation of your proposed process and description of how your billing process works.
8. A project timeline and reporting schedule.
9. Provision of any information you believe will be helpful in assessing your capabilities.
