The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is requesting a Standing Offer from an Environmental Consulting firm to provide environmental consulting services anticipated to be required for upcoming Remediation and Closure works at the HB Tailings Storage Facility (Facility) and downstream properties. With this solicitation, the RDCK wishes to conduct and complete a selection process to identify a minimum of one qualified firm to utilize as a resource for future environmental consulting services with the need for these services to be determined solely by the RDCK.
Further to the Standing Offer, the RDCK is requesting a Proposal, including a scope of work and cost estimate, for a Downstream Channel Investigation intended to proceed in 2017.
The term for the Standing Agreement shall be for a period of three years with options to renew for two, one-year terms.
