The RDCK is seeking Quotes for a Contract to supply the Services described:
Services Required The Services to be supplied to the RDCK consist of the following: The Parks and Trail Maintenance Contractor (the “Contractor”) performs a variety of activities related to the maintenance of the Nelson - Salmo Great Northern Trail, five (5) Regional Parks and Nelson Community Complex and North Shore Hall grounds. The work entails significant physical activity as the Contractor performs year round (including winter) inspection, maintenance and operational tasks. Reporting to the Regional Parks Manager, the Contractor has considerable independence of action in the disposition of routine work matters. The Contractor is to carryout the annual maintenance and project work, monitor trail activities and promotion of the parks and trails. A detailed description of the Services and relevant Specifications is set out in Schedule 1.
