RFP 07-19-19 - Emergency Route Planning for RDCK

The RDCK operates a regional emergency management program within the RD. Membership includes all electoral areas and all municipalities except Castlegar and Nelson. The project to develop emergency route plans for the above communities is being funded through two separate grants from the UBCM Community Emergency Preparedness Fund (CEPF) 2018 intake. One grant is for the Creston and Area project which takes into account the continuation of the community of Creston outside the political boundaries of the municipality. The other is for the remaining six communities of Harrop/Proctor; Glade; Argenta/Johnson’s Landing; Edgewood; Deer Park; and Riondel.
