The proposed work includes the supply of all labour, materials and equipment to construct the Edgewood Replacement Reservoir and Booster Station and related facilities. The work includes, but is not limited to: 600 m3 Bolted Steel Reservoir; 43 m2 Booster Station Building; 300m of 150mm PVC Watermain; Tie-in of Two Existing Groundwater Wells; Yard piping and Earthworks; and associated mechanical and electrical systems necessary for the complete upgrade as detailed in the Contract Documents.
OPTIONAL PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE VISIT 1. A pre-bid meeting and site visit at the Place of the Work has been scheduled for 11:00a.m. local time on September 4, 2018. Attendees to meet at 319 Eagle Cres in Edgewood, BC. 2. All prime contract and major subcontract Bidders and suppliers are invited to attend but attendance is not mandatory. 3. Issues arising from the pre-bid meeting and site visit will be addressed as required in an addendum to the Bid Documents. No meeting minutes will be issued. Bidders may not rely upon any information given verbally or otherwise at the pre-bid meeting and site visit and that is not confirmed by addendum
