This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of website re-build services. RDP is seeking to work with an external agency to re-build its current website with the goals of creating a website that will:
1. Recruit prospective students (domestic and international), employees and followers. This includes effective presentation of program information and helping to streamline the ‘application to RDP’ process on the website through effective navigation and other enhancements;
2. Engage with the institution’s diverse stakeholders, including business and industry, alumni, governments, and community members across Alberta and beyond; and
3. Inspire the institution’s diverse stakeholders to be part of the Polytechnic’s future, as we create more impact for our learners, businesses and communities in Alberta, across Canada and internationally.
The project will involve re-build, with the optimization of the user experience to a mobile-first design which must be visually appealing and function appropriately on multiple devices ranging from hand-held devices to tablets and desktops. Responsive design, from a mobile-first perspective must be used to allow access to content, easy navigation and the ability for users to engage with the site using any mainstream device. The new website should incorporate industry best practices, and enhancement to the user experience, functions and features.
