Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for a vendor to provide an enterprise-wide online ticketing system for RDC, including but not limited to implementation, training, written user guides, and specified hardware. The online ticketing system proposed is to be managed by an experienced service provider, and will be utilized for the sale of event tickets as determined by RDC. RDC expects that the online ticketing system provided will be user-friendly, efficient and provide an exceptional client experience.
