This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of fleet printers with managed print services. The foundation for this RFP is derived from the need to replace the existing fleet of Bizhub C360 Multi-Function Printers (MFP) which are reaching end of life, coupled with the approaching expiration of our current distributed fleet support contract. In order to ensure that the goals of improved efficiency and cost reduction are achieved, while ensuring an excellent client experience, RDC is also seeking service options which will support distributed printing, copying, scanning, and faxing, maintenance and support services. The overall objectives are to improve services, reduce costs by printing less, reduce staff workload, and have services available that will support these activities. With these objectives in mind, RDC is seeking to align with a firm that has proven experience with the following:
1. Analyzing internal processes to identify the potential for streamlining, automation, and print volume reduction.
2. Identifying companion software solutions that integrate with printing and scanning functions to optimize and streamline document printing, scanning, delivery, and storage.
3. Utilizing Business Process Automation software, preferably in solutions that integrate with Banner by Ellucian and the Office 365 suite; and
4. Implementing Organizational Change Management expertise to support and ensure changed business processes achieve expected goals.
