Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of charter coach, small bus and school bus transportation services for RDP students and staff to travel to various out of town and local destinations. The bus transportation services will be utilized primarily by the Division of Student Success (Athletics and Student Life), Donald School of Business, Science & Technology, School of Arts & Culture, and School of Education & Trades, but may include other Schools/Divisions and Departments at RDP. It is expected that higher volumes of travel will be required by Athletics. Travel will be required on weekdays, weekends, as well as day and evening hours. This service shall be non-exclusive, and RDP reserves the right to source other means of transportation should the successful proponent be unable to secure the transportation required for the date and time requested.
