3.1.1. Mandatory Requirement
Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each quote MUST include the following:
1. Submission Form
Submission Form (Attachment #2) completed in full and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent. A depiction of the handwritten signature or an electronic signature and authenticity stamp that can be used to identify the signer are the only acceptable signatures.

Please indicate the length of time these rates will be secured for.
Respondents should submit the Rate Bid Form as a Microsoft Excel document.
Respondents may make adjustments to the Rate Bid Form to include additional information not outlined on the form.
During preparation of the Rate Bid Form, we ask that each respondent be aware that RDP is under fiscal budget constraints and request that this be taken into consideration when preparing the proposed rates.
Rates quoted shall be in Canadian funds. Rates will be inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes except for G.S.T; shall include all labour and materials, travel and carriage costs, insurance costs and all other overhead including, but not limited to, any other fees or other charges required by law. Any discounts to be applied shall be identified as such.
