REQUEST FOR BIDS

Quinte Healthcare Corporation (QHC) is inviting tender proposals from Roofing Contractors for work at the QHC Belleville General Hospital – Quinte South Lower Roof. The project includes removal of existing roof (built up bitumen) and installation of new (Elastomeric Protected Membrane Roofing, Cold-Applied)). The overall approximate area for the work is 8,700 sq ft. The work to be completed by early Spring 2019.

A mandatory site inspection will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 @ 10:00 a.m. and will convene at the Belleville General Hospital, Hastings Wing, 3rd Floor, Main Entrance.

Contractors must request the bid package before Thursday, March 7th, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.

Bidders are required to provide a 10% bid bond (or certified cheque). The successful bidder for the project will be required to provide a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Bond. General Liability Insurance is required in the amount of $10,000,000.
