PSHSA is looking for a comprehensive CRM system to facilitate business operations supporting training, consulting, client acquisition, retention, and consulting activities.
PSHSA is looking to move all the training and consulting services to a cloud-based CRM solution, with same features and more to help us providing best Customer experience to our clients and our internal system users. Building Integration functions with website, Litmos and other integrations must be in scope of services offered by proponents.
PSHSA is also looking for support in migrating, implementation, and training to support internal staff in using the new platform.
PSHSA is currently using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 on-prem version 8.2, in-house IT team built customized entities to be able to manage classroom training, this includes training products, training sessions, participants (students), participant registrations, venues, and other master tables.
Regional sessions are uploaded to web from CRM for our online clients to purchase. Any changes made to sessions in CRM are reflected on the web.
The participant’s registration process starts from the website for regional sessions, PSHSA IT team developed necessary integrations to bring the needed information into CRM such as participant’s information, rescheduled registrations, updated number of seats.
A separate interface is built already for registering onsite training sessions, this is used by our clients willing to sign a training contract and get a special price, integrations are in place and all the information is passed into CRM.
An integration is established between CRM and Litmos our Learning Management System, we offer blended training so our customers would finish an eLearning component before joining a class, this component resides within Litmos, integrations help to register participants automatically in Litmos and get some information back like status of completion and score.
Different entities are built in CRM to support different business processes, Webinars, consulting contracts, Postal code (to assign clients to our consultants)
