Description

Invitation to Bidders
This Request for Tenders ("RFT") is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the provision of “Laboratory Thermometers (Liquid-In-Glass and Digital)”, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the “Deliverables"). This RFT is issued by the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion (“Public Health Ontario") (www.PublicHealthOntario.ca).

Background
Public Health Ontario has a requirement for liquid-in-glass and digital laboratory thermometers which will be used to monitor the temperature of equipment that has an impact on the test results in the clinical and environmental microbiology testing areas of the eleven (11) PHO sites.

The following is the schedule for this RFT:

Proponent's Deadline for Questions 04:00 pm on April 3, 2018
Deadline for Issuing Addenda 04:00 pm on April 10, 2018
Tender Submission Deadline 11:00:00 am Toronto Time on April 24, 2018
Period for Which Tenders are Irrevocable after Tender Submission Deadline: 120 days

Contract Period
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) firm years plus an additional term of up to one (1) option year. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around July 2018.

In order to be considered, tenders in response to this RFT must be received by the Ontario Agency for Health Protection & Promotion, no later than 11:00:00 a.m., Toronto time, April 24, 2018.

Bidders must obtain tender package through MERX.
