Description

Notice is hereby given that the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, through its agent the Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to add support and maintenance services ("Services") for the IMPAX Radiology Picture Archiving and Communication System installed at Vancouver General Hospital, UBC Hospital and Richmond Hospital.

The Services will be added to an existing software license agreement between Agfa Healthcare Inc., with an address at 2 - 5975 Falbourne Street, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 3V8, and Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
