Description

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide engineering services for the design and construction tender development, with provisional services of construction management of intersection improvements at the intersection of Boudreau Road at Bellerose Drive. The scope of work is broken into the following:
1) 2020 Boudreau Road and Bellerose Drive Intersection Improvements Design; entailing scope of work to deliver detailed drawing and tender package for construction (inclusive of IFT drawings).

2) Provisional Work: Pending 2021 budget approval for construction improvements; development of IFC drawings; and construction management services.
