This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to submit non-binding proposals for the Supply & Deliver of Paper Products and Cleaning Supplies (the “Deliverables”). The selected proponent will be requested to enter into contract negotiations for an agreement with the City from the time of execution to December 31, 2021 with provision for a four (4) year extension in two (2) year increments at the City’s sole discretion.
The City reserves the right to add and/or delete products and/or locations as needed to meet the operational needs of the City.
The City reserves the right to award the full scope of products or partial scope to multiple suppliers as needed to meet the operational needs of the City.
The City historically spends in excess of $100,000.00 annually on this commodity grouping.
