RFP #2018-07 - Janitorial and Paper Supplies

We are inviting qualified vendors to submit a proposal for Janitorial and Paper Supplies for Housekeeping, Laundry and Kitchen Services.

It is MVSH's intent to enter into an agreement with the Proponent(s) who can best serve the interest of MVSH. This procurement process is not intended to create and does not create a formal binding bidding process whereby every Proponent is deemed to have entered into a "Contract A" with MVSH.

Instead, the process is intended to enable MVSH to learn what Proponents can offer by way of goods and services for Janitorial and Paper Supplies.

By submitting a proposal, a Proponent agrees to this negotiated process and agrees that they will not bring a claim against MVSH with respect to the reward of a contract, failure to award a contract or failure to honor a response this RFP.

In summary, the RFP is issued solely for obtaining proposals. Neither the issuance of this RFP nor the submission of a proposal implies any obligation by MVSH to enter into any agreement. The intent of this RFP is to identify those vendors capable of meeting MVSH's requirements and with whom a final agreement may be negotiated.
