The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a two (2) year Regional Individual Standing offer (RISO), with two (2) one-year option periods,

for the supply, delivery and offloading of various Portable Field Lavatory products on an as and when requested basis to various DND locations throughout the Western Region. During Major Exercises and/or Domestic Operations, the Supplier must be able to deliver large quantities of product within tight timelines with minimal backorders.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
