207052 - RFI for Regulatory Intelligence Monitoring Solutions

Legal Affairs requires a systematic way to monitor, assess, and manage knowledge, related to legal and regulatory changes and new laws, regulations, rules, jurisprudence and guidance (collectively, “regulation”). Legal Affairs looks for changes to regulations/legislations/court case materials, needs to know where to find the info, and distribute it immediately to those that need to be informed.

BCI Legal Affairs wishes to learn how much of its expectations of a solution are readily available in the marketplace vs how much would need to be customized and/or built in-house. This RFI is to gather market information to assist BCI in developing an information technology plan. 

From the review of responses, BCI may identify up to five (5) Solution Providers (whether Respondents or not) to provide a product demonstration to the team.
 
This RFI does not request any firm costing or financial information, other than general information (for budgeting purposes only or pricing model options). This RFI will not be used to evaluate, rank or select vendors, nor will it be used to pre-qualify or screen vendors for a subsequent competitive bidding process, if any.
