AB-2024-09543 - REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 24-002 Aggregate Resource Plan: 3rd Party Implementation Consultant

This Request for Expression of Interest is an invitation by Rocky View County (the “County”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit their interest to support the implementation of objectives identified through the development of the Aggregate Resource Plan (ARP). Through this EOI the County seeks to: a. Select the Preferred Proponent/s with whom to discuss the opportunity in detail. b. Specify the requirements that would govern any resulting agreement(s). c. Determine other aspects required for the 3rd party implementation consultant to conduct site inspections cost. It is the County’s intention to enter into further details with one or more proponents. The County is using this EOI for the following purposes: a. Proposals will be submitted and evaluated as described in this EOI. b. Evaluations will be multi-stage and detailed c. After evaluations, the county will contact the shortlisted proponents. d. Next-level discussions will be scheduled with the shortlisted proponents. The County intends to negotiate with proponents based on rankings resulting from the evaluation of the proposals. These negotiations may be with respect to the description of work, price, terms, conditions, or any other matter forming part of this EOI. The negotiation stage of the EOI will not allow proponents to submit information that should have been included before the proposal deadline. If contract negotiations with the Preferred Proponent are unsuccessful, the County will discontinue negotiations with the Preferred Proponent and may begin the negotiation process anew with the proponent with the next highest overall score, who then becomes the Preferred Proponent, and so on.
