Description

RFB for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Ion Chromatography Instrument for the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks
Scope of Work
The objective of the Deliverables is for the Vendor to supply, deliver and install one (1) Ion Chromatography Instrument and accessories (collectively the “IC System”) at the Ministry’s Laboratory Services Branch (“LaSB”). Following installation, set-up and calibration, the IC System is required to pass performance testing.
The LaSB seeks to acquire a state-of-the-art IC System to conduct routine analysis of aqueous samples, including surface water and drinking water, in compliance with various Province of Ontario regulations. The IC System will be installed on an existing Thermo Scientific TSQ Quantis™ Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (the “MS/MS”). The IC System is required to possess advanced features to support activities for existing clients and facilitate method development for establishing new guidelines and regulations.
