Notice is hereby given that BC Emergency Health Services (“BCEHS”), supported by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide EMS Stretcher Preventive Maintenance Services for BC Emergency Health Services for a term of five (5) months at an estimated value of $ 778,360.00 with 3 x 1 option years at an estimated value of $5.7. Million.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements PHSA, supporting the BC Emergency Health Services has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason • the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason: (a) To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Becky Stuve, Buyer, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, November 29, 2024. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
