Description

Under this ITT, the City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking Bids from contractors for the replacement of the boiler and related works at the Gresham Residences at 716 Smithe Street.

Note that there will be a site visit on Tuesday November 19, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Gresham Residences at 716 Smithe Street. All interested parties are to meet outside the front entrance of the building.
