Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Compugen Systems Inc. for a thirty-six month period commencing December 1, 2024 for the following service:
1) Managed Services - Software Asset Management (SAM) Compass with an anticipated total value of $462,000.00/

The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:
1. The vendor has specific knowledge and demonstrated experience of the proprietary software;
2. Manufacturer’s warranty may be void if serviced by unapproved vendors;
3. It is the City’s opinion that there is currently no other vendor able to provide the services; and
4. The impact of introducing a new software and support provider would affect cost and resources.
