Description

This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is a public invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to pre-qualified bidders to submit bids for Operations Building Construction at Cowichan Lake Sports Arena (CLSA)

This is the second phase (Phase Two) of a two-phase process:
the second phase (Phase Two) invites prequalified General Contractors to provide a financial bid on the project
The CVRD only accepts bids from the following pre-qualified General Contractors from Phase One:
Casman Projects Ltd.
Island Heights Construction Ltd.
MKM Projects Ltd
Rolling Tides Construction Inc.
Willow Spring Construction (BC) Ltd.
