Description

School District No. 62 (Sooke) invites expressions of interest from experienced childcare operators for
the use of Happy Valley Elementary School’s Multi-purpose room (98.9 square metres), outdoor play
area, and the school gymnasium (at times when it is available) to provide before and after school care to
children in kindergarten to Grade 5 beginning September 2025. The lease rate is $825.00 per month for
a program space for 24 childcare spots. This rate is inclusive of custodial and utility costs. These rates
are subject to annual review by SD62.
