Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking proposals for the purchase and rollout of curbside collection carts. The selected Respondent shall construct and deliver rolling carts to approximately 10,000 homes, with or without a sub-contractor. Each home will receive 3 carts with different coloured lids for garbage, recycling and yard waste.
