Town of Woodstock BID CALL

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Woodstock until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, November 21st, 2024, in the Bid Deposit Box located at the Town Hall at 824 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, E7M 2E8 for the Project No. 8191-1, Connection of New Well to Existing Treatment Plant located on Well House Road.

Public opening of bids will follow immediately after bid closing at the Town Hall.

In general, the Work consists of Upgrading existing water distribution system for the purpose of installing components (valves and miscellaneous stainless-steel piping).

Bid documents must be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of an etransfer, a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of bid documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, the Town of Woodstock and at the Construction Association
Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John.

Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project.

Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of a certified cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the bid made payable to Town of Woodstock.

General contractors are invited to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, November 14th, 2024, at the Town of Woodstock's Water Pumphouse Site located on Well House Road, Woodstock, NB. This meeting is not mandatory.

The lowest/highest or any bid received by the Town of Woodstock shall not be necessarily accepted. Execution of a Contract shall be conditional to available funding.
