205515 - RFEOI Cleaning Services Daajing Giids

Northern Health maintains a range of housing across the region for health care staff that are working in the region either on a temporary basis or are moving to the community and require temporary housing. The intent of providing housing is to ensure health care staff have a safe, comfortable, and modern accommodation experience after providing health care services to the community.
 
Northern Health is seeking proposals from Proponents for the provision of cleaning services for sixteen (16) residences in Daajing Giids.
 
Services
The services required will include, but are not limited to:
-Cleaning all shared areas once a week. Areas include kitchen, bathroom, living room, entrance and the odd bedroom between staff.
-Providing and stocking consumables, such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, etc.
-Additional cleaning on a needs-be basis.
-Removal of accumulated refuse and recycling.
-Removal of perishable food left behind by occupants.
-Bi-monthly deep cleaning
-Report any items that need to be repaired to the Housing Coordinator.
-Making note of standard inventory items and reporting to Northern Health for replacement. 

Proponents will be required to provide their own cleaning equipment and necessary cleaning agents.
 
Proponents will be required to provide Northern Health with a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate.
