Tenders are invited for the demolition and disposal of the buildings and site improvements located in the City of Langley at the addresses listed below:

20237 – 20239 Industrial Avenue

An information meeting will be hosted by the City Representative to discuss the City’s requirements under this Tender (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Contractors, Contractors who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all the information given at the Information Meeting. At the time of issuance of this Tender a meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Contractors are to examine the sites prior to submitting a Quotation to fully acquaint themselves with all existing conditions reasonably inferable from examination of the site and its surroundings and the ITT and to make allowance for such conditions in the Quotation. By submitting a Quotation, a Contractor represents that it has examined the site fully as to all conditions, contingencies, risks and circumstances, local or otherwise, which might influence or affect the performance or the cost of the work, including but not limited to:

location of the work, location of buildings on the site, adjacent properties, Contractor occupancy during the work, access and all other conditions that a competent Contractor experienced in work similar to the work would consider and take into account and is further deemed to have included in the contract price all costs occasioned thereby.
