The University of New Brunswick's Capital Planning & Operations Department invites you to submit bids for a Renovation Project on the Fredericton Campus. The criteria for this project are as detailed within this tender, specifications, and drawings.

A site visit is scheduled for 2:00pm on Thursday, October 3, 2024. Meeting location will be at the main entrance to Magee House, located at 780 Montgomery Street on the UNB Fredericton Campus. All requests for clarification and arrangements for site visit are to be addressed to Brandon Nason, who can be reached by phone at 506-259-1319 or by email at brandon.nason@unb.ca.

Contractor's Tender Documents must be submitted through UNB's online Bonfire portal at the following address:
