Description

The Municipality of Cumberland County is replacing the existing oil fire heating system at the Springhill Administration Building with a new propane heating system. The following is a list of the basic requirements, please see Schedule A for more detailed information.

a) Removal of Existing equipment
b) Asbestos testing (where required)
c) Supply and install new propane boilers
d) Piping, valves, pumps and accessory equipment e) Electrical and controls

The Proponent must either be a Manufacturer, a factory branch, or a dealer engaged in the business of selling, dealing and servicing the boilers proposed upon and must maintain a full stock of parts and service. A dealer with full stock of parts and factory certified technicians shall perform all Warranty service.

It is recommended that prior to any proposal preparation and submission interested proponents make a site visit to the Springhill Administration Building. With advance notice, a Municipal representative can be available to conduct a site tour, answer questions and provide other project related information.
