Description

Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Peachland invites Proposals from organizations that are experienced in both; Management of construction (as either Construction Manager or General Contractor) for new-build educational facilities, and delivering projects under the Construction Management Delivery Model; to provide Construction Management Services and Work (as defined in the CCDC5B Contract) for the District’s new Peachland Childcare Centre Project.

Project Location: a new greenfield site at 5481 Clements Crescent, Peachland, BC (to be renamed as 5601 Wild Goose Street, Peachland).
