CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

RENTAL OF OFFICE SPACE



The City of Miramichi will be accepting expressions of interest from companies or individuals to lease to the City a 6,200 square foot library to replace the current facility located at 24 King Street, Miramichi, NB.

Specifications must be obtained from the City Clerk's Office by emailing clerk@miramichi.org.

Expressions of Interest will be received by the undersigned until 12:00 noon (AST), October 22, 2024.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
