Description

These Instructions apply to and govern the preparation of tenders for this Contract. The Contract is generally for the following work:

• Commissioning of two (2) new groundwater production wells;
• Construction of an approximately 70 m2 masonry block water treatment building housing controls equipment, process piping, a pH adjustment system, and UV and chlorination disinfection equipment;
• Supply and installation of approximately 580 m of 100 mm diameter HDPE supply watermain;
• Supply and installation of a 675 m3 steel above-ground reservoir including foundation design and construction;
• Supply and installation of approximately 2 km of 200 mm diameter HDPE distribution watermains including creek and highway crossings; and
• Decommissioning of redundant water system components
