PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES



This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the New Brunswick Research and Productivity Council ("RPC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for External Audit Services, as further described in Section 2 of the RFP - "Scope of Services".

RPC is a provincial non-profit Part IV Crown corporation and is New Brunswick's provincial research organization ("PRO"), a research and technology organization ("RTO") offering contract R&D and technical services at our locations in Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick. RPC is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council and guided by the "Research and Productivity Council Act".

RPC is seeking an external audit services provider to perform their annual financial statement audits and any additional requirements as requested by the New Brunswick Auditor General. RPC requires external audit services from a qualified chartered professional accounting firm that results in an expressed audit opinion in accordance with Canadian generally accepted auditing standards, on RPC's annual financial statements beginning with the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
