Description

The purpose of this RFP is to engage a consulting firm to provide Owner’s Engineer services for the S-bend Project. VFPA anticipates that the Proponent will have a team of personnel with experience in providing project management and technical services on similar sized (scope and value) transportation projects that involve both road and rail components. It is anticipated that the Work will commence in Fall 2024.
